May the 4th may not be an important date on Star Wars’ in-fiction calendar, but it has turned an otherwise entirely arbitrary date in spring into the best day of the year to find discounts on movies, games, and other merch from a galaxy far, far away. We’ve looked at different retailers to find the best deals on Star Wars Lego sets, games, 4K Blu-rays, and other cool stuff to celebrate this massive contribution to pop culture.

Star Wars toy deals

Build-A-Bear Workshop remains conspicuously Ewok-free, but you can still save up to 30% on plush versions of Wampas, Rancors, and Baby Yoda (aka Grogu). This sale is a great excuse to give any of these adorable creatures a good home.

The Wampa, native to the ice planet of Hoth, is known for its delightful grin and friendly demeanor. Just kidding! He’s an abominable space snowman. But seriously, this plush Wampa is pretty adorable, and its arms are detachable! How cute is that?

Through May 5, Funko is having a buy two, get one free sale on select Star Wars products. This sale is perfect for anyone who can’t get enough of the squat little models. Just add three items to your cart, and the cheapest item will be free. There are dozens of models and other products included in this sale, but we’ve pulled a few of our favorites below.

Star Wars Lego deals

The Lego Group recently revealed its latest addition to the Lego Star Wars collection with the Lego TIE Interceptor. This $229.99 set is already available to Lego Insiders, but will be available to the general public starting on — you guessed it — May 4. While the Lego Store isn’t advertising any discounts on its Lego Star Wars products in advance, Lego Insiders members can get four times as many rewards points when they purchase participating sets through May 5. During this promotion, purchases of over $40 get a complimentary miniature AAT Droid Tank, while spending over $160 will get you a free Trade Federation Troop Carrier.

Becoming a Lego Insiders member is free and entitles you to a number of cool benefits, including priority access to new sets, earning rewards points that can be redeemed for exclusive sets, and other bonuses.

If you’re looking for some straight-up discounts on Star Wars Lego sets, the 1,351-piece version of the Millennium Falcon is currently discounted to $135.99 on Amazon and Target (was $169.99). You can also find the Republic AT-TE on sale at Best Buy for $111.99 (was $139.99).

Star Wars movie deals

You could rewatch every Star Wars movie on Disney Plus, sure. But if you want a collection of Star Wars movies that’ll turn your friends green with envy, you’ll want the 4K UHD versions, complete with rich, deep blacks, high-quality HDR, and a lot less digital noise. Each version features the 4K Blu-ray version of the film, along with a 1080p Blu-ray and a massive collection of bonus features.

Star Wars games deals

Naturally, Steam and other online retailers are offering discounts on Star Wars games and bundles. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is currently on sale for $31 on Steam (was $69.99). However, if you’d prefer a more classic lightsaber experience, you can also find the Star Wars Jedi Knight Collection on sale for $26.20 (was $34.95), which includes every game in the Dark Forces franchise in addition to Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy.

Some of our favorite Star Wars board games are on sale as well. The excellent second-edition Star Wars: X-Wing Miniatures Game starter set is on sale for around $40 at Amazon and Target. The starter set includes three pre-painted miniatures and everything else you need to start playing this awesome tabletop game.

If you prefer unpainted minis, the core set for Star Wars: Shatterpoint is currently on sale for around $106 at Amazon (it launched at $164.99). The Shatterpoint core set comes packaged with a total of 16 minis and 23 modular terrain pieces to engage in squad-sized battles between two players. Shatterpoint’s smaller scale and faster pace make it an ideal alternative for anyone who perhaps found Star Wars: Legion a bit too intimidating.

Star Wars book deals

Right now, Abrams Books is offering a 40% discount on an impressive selection of Star Wars coffee table books through May 6 when you use the promo code FORCE40 at checkout. Selections include collections of storyboards, concept art, posters, and more. For example, Star Wars Art: Ralph McQuarrie is a two-volume compendium of McQuarrie’s work that showcases his conceptual paintings and costume designs. Normally, this box set would be $299.99, but you can pick up a copy for just $179.99.

Star Wars apparel deals

Hedley & Bennett is currently offering a 30% discount on its collection of Star Wars-branded kitchen apparel, including aprons, towels, and knives, through May 5. These durable aprons, themed after all of your favorite Star Wars characters, are perfect for cooking Bantha steaks or tuning up your droids. Each apron can even be monogrammed or personalized with text.

Citizen is currently offering discounts of up to 25% on a selection of Star Wars-inspired timepieces. Some designs, like the analog and analog-digital versions of the Rebel Pilot watch, are on sale for their lowest prices yet. Normally $425 each, both designs are available for just $318.75.

Citizen Rebel Pilot Watch (analog)

  • $340
  • $395
  • 14% off

The purely analog version of the Rebel Pilot watch features a stainless steel case paired with a soft leather strap. Its Eco-Drive movement is also solar-powered, meaning you likely won’t have to replace the battery in the device’s lifetime.

Star Wars decor deals

Ruggable flat-woven rugs are machine washable, something that pet owners in particular can appreciate. They’re also available in a variety of Star Wars-inspired designs, several of which are delightfully muted. Through May 6, you can save 20% on any Star Wars-branded Ruggable rug on Amazon. My personal favorite is the Armada, which showcases line drawings of different ships from the Star Wars universe, but there are plenty of great designs to tie any room together.
