Far Harbor: The Changing Tide walkthrough

This quest, triggered by completing Living on the Edge, is another set of tasks to help the citizens of Far Harbor. Speak to Small Bertha at the end of the dock to trigger Turn Back the Fog.

Initiate The Hold Out by heading to the Last Plank and speaking with Mitch.

Speak to the Mariner about her next idea and agree to help to trigger Hull Breach 2.

After reporting your successes to both Bertha and Mitch, speak to Captain Avery who will reward you with a Rescue Diver Suit that protects the wearer from radiation and grants the ability to breathe underwater. The quest is now complete.
