This quest is triggered when you speak to Grand Zealot Richter inside The Nucleus. He will suggest you first speak to Zealot Theil before heading out.

The next step in the quest is to visit the holy sites the missing Child of Atom, Gwyneth, recently visited. By way of the waypoint indicator, head southwest until you reach the Glowing Grove. A heretical sign will be attached to a piece of wood. Take the banner piece.

Travel south of the holy sites to the campground. Find a holotape on the floor of a cabin and listen to the tape.

Gwyneth's Journal will mention an old church east of Kawaketak Station. Head there to find Sister Gwyneth where you can decide whether to confront or kill her. Regardless of what you choose, Grand Zealot Richter will reward you with Atom's Judgement, a melee weapon that offers +100 radiation damage, when you speak with him upon your return and the quest will conclude.
