Ghost of Tsushima guide: Hot Spring locations and maps

In Ghost of Tsushima, you won’t rely on leveling up your character to boost your health. Instead, you must visit Hot Springs to clear your mind and raise your maximum vitality. There are 18 Hot Springs to be found throughout the game’s three regions. To increase the amount of life you have, simply visit a spring, interact with it, choose something to reflect on, and your health will grow.

This Ghost of Tsushima guide will show you the location of each of the game’s Hot Springs along with detailed maps and the name of each prefecture they reside in. Use this guide if you’re working towards the Body, Mind, and Spirit Trophy which requires you to find all the Hot Springs locations as part of its requirements.

Izuhara Hot Spring locations

The southern region of Tsushima, Izuhara, has nine Hot Spring locations. One in particular, the Hiyoshi Springs Hot Spring, does not appear on your map. To find this location, you must find the woman in the Hiyoshi Springs village overlooking the main Hot Spring in the center of the town. Speak to her and she’ll lead you to it.

The 17 other Hot Springs appear on your map just like every other collectible and location.

Finding all 18 hot spring locations gets you one step closer to completing the Body, Mind, and Spirit Trophy, which requires you to find all haiku locations, all Inari Shrine locations, all Bamboo Strike locations, along with the hot springs locations above.
