His simple request is to take out some Ghouls at a randomly selected location.

Note that not every Ghoul has to be killed, but you might as well sweep the place for experience points. If you're pressed for time, focus on the Ghouls marked on your waypoint indicators. Report back to Dr. Binet to complete the quest.
